このアイコンは"Twibbon"というサービスで作ったもので、"Twibbon"っていうのは何か主張したいことを自分のアイコンにくっつけてアピールするというサービスです。(もちろん無料)
文章だけだとちょっとよくわからないかもなので、以下に例を出しておきます☆

などなど。付けてみたいのはあったでしょうか?
使い方ですが、Twitterにログインした状態でTwibbonにアクセスして、"Show my Support Now!"ボタンの下にある文章の中の"login"をクリックします。その後「許可する」をクリックすれば準備完了。
その後付けてみたいバッジのページに行くと実際につけてみた感じが見れると思います。
移動などして好きな位置に調整したら"Show my support now!"ボタンをクリック。自分のアイコンに反映されます。
もし解除したい場合は設定→Connectionsを開いてTwibbonの許可を取り消せばOK.
ざっとこんな流れです。なにか間違いなどありましたら指摘くださるとありがたいです。
